Bob Barr – Libertarian Wannabe

Just when you think the world is finally waking up to the farce that is the American election two party system, there comes a man like Bob Barr. It seems that the Americans are once again getting duped by the Neocons. Bob Barr was elected as the Libertarian candidate, yet his “libertarian” talking does very little walking when it comes to his voting record.

Let the record show that this Republican in Libertarian clothing has always been in good standing with the Neocons. What more could you expect from a former CIA employee from 1971 to 1978?

The more I learn about Bob, the less I like him. He can talk all he wants about the values that Ron Paul ascribes to, but Bob Barr is no Ron Paul. Bob Barr has some explaining to do! Bob Barr voted for the Patriot Act, and voted for the Iraq resolution that facilitated the invasion of Iraq. To say that his voting record leaves much to be desired is an understatement. Bob won the Libertarian candidacy but he is no Libertarian. Bob says that he’s sorry but the whole world is sorry of having lived through a second term of Bush! Don’t be sorry Bob, you just suck!

It is conceivable to think that Barr works for the wrong team? Is the phrase once in the CIA always in the CIA true in this case? It’s no secret that the big parties manipulate third parties to their advantage. Sadly, thanks to Bob, the libertarians have lost a little of the momentum Ron Paul gave us.
